So...here's something you may not know about me. I don't do New Year's Eve. I don't have anything AGAINST New Year's celebrations. But as someone that hates crowds, doesn't drink at all and gets annoyed with drunk people REALLY easily it's about the worst night possible for me to be out LOL!
However, I like getting dressed up on occasion and I was really excited to win this dress from ecloset.ca via Anum of Summer Skin and when it arrived I KNEW it would be the perfect potential NYE outfit!

(Ahem, let's pretend my hair was done for the occasion...LOL)
The dress is actually a lovely teal colour - it looks navy in my pictures. See it on Anum here. I'm also returning the Rebecca Minkoff bag. I love it but I just think it's too big for me. So my search for the perfect black clutch continues.

I was pleasantly surprised at the fit of this dress. When I checked online "small" was the smallest size. Usually smalls don't work for me. There is definitely some room and I *think* this dress is actually mean to be really fitted and body conscious but since that's not my style this dress was perfect for me! Curvier ladies should just note that there is a gap at the bust between the body of the dress and the embellished top part that will show some cleavage (the amount probably depends on the size of your bust!). On me it's quite modest ;)
This dress is also the perfect length. Short enough to be fun and sexy but not too exposed. Ladies who are taller than me (I'm just under 5'2") may want to keep the length in mind.

It's also REALLY comfortable. According to the website it's polyester, rayon and spandex. I do love style and fashion however I need to be comfortable too. This dress definitely fits the bill!
