Not too long ago I attended the Fall (yes Fall - eeks!) launch of the new Lise Watier Fall 2015 collection. The focus on the Canadian line is the eyes and so the collection is dubbed "EYEvolution". My friend CL was kind enough to help me test out the entire collection which launches in August, and the colours are beautiful![separator type="thick"]
This collection also includes Ombre Velours Suprême ($25) , a new long-lasting eye shadow that comes in 6 shades. This cream formula is easy to blend and leaves a matte, velvety finish. It’s super easy to use – I just use my fingertips to apply and blend the product. The 2 shades I’ve tried are Sable and Taupe. Both are pink-based colours that would be flattering and natural for fair to medium skin tones. Sable is a great everyday base colour, and Taupe is perfect for a subtle smoky eye look. I have been using the Sable colour a lot, paired with the Chocolate Intense pencil eyeliner. I have also tried mixing Sable and Taupe together for more depth and loved the result!
