Trind Nail Polish: Beauty Testing

Posted on April 11, 2014May 16, 2015 by Elaine

Have you heard of Trind Nail Polish before? Trind Cosmetics is a Dutch line that recently had their North American launch and I was sent some of their nail polishes to test out.

Trind Nail Polish is not just about the pretty colours (though there are plenty of them). But they’re also about being the solution to common nail problems such as nails that peel or are soft, brittle dry nails, or damage from artificial nails.

I’ve been getting my nails done pretty frequently lately as a few events that I went to had nail services on site. The last one I had done was a salon gel service which I loved as it lasted such a long time but trying to get it off caused some damage to my nails.

The Trind Nail Keratin Treatment Kit ($45.95) provides both strength and moisture to the nails. First I used the nail restorer which gets applied to the nails daily. Apply it, then rub it in to the nail and cuticles. Once it’s dry the nail protector can be used on top. If you’re repairing your nails try to remove and repeat this process daily for 4 weeks. The nail protector can also be used as a base coat before using colour.

The “Caring Colors” of the Trind Nail line ($13) are also formulated to strengthen nails and keep them healthy.

I’ve been wearing CC177 “Deep Red” as the colour is a really beautiful and classic red. Can I just say how smoothly this nail polish goes on? The above was done with only ONE coat! Yes one! and it’s not thick or clumpy at all.

Trind Nail products are available on nailpolishcanada.com, spaboutique.ca, skinstore.com and skindirect.com. I’m looking forward to trying out even more colours – and there are a ton of them!

I think I need that Keratin Treatment pack. My nails are in rough shape after a bad shellac removal!

Ugh Me too!! I love shellac but honestly my nails can’t deal with the tough salon version. The treatment worked so well!

I just put up my review of Trind too! I need to try that treatment for sure. I loved how glossy the polish is. (linking to your post from mine!)
