If you’re a regular reader of this blog then you will already know my love for LOFT; first introduced to me by fellow bloggers Kelly and Jean. I was always drawn to this brand because its prettiness just suited my style so completely; PLUS they had a petite section where I could almost pick ANYTHING off the rack and it would fit perfectly! That’s why I was so excited when my friend Zeba of Ella Pretty Blog and I had the idea to reach out to the brand do a LOFT collaboration together.
This first post shows some of our picks for summer. This beautiful blouse looks amazing on the model with white shorts but I wanted to style it for office appropriate wear.
LOFT Petite Tile Print Henley Blouse
Here I made the blouse a bit more corporate and formal with a lace pencil skirt, nude heels and soft gold accessories.
The soft palette makes it perfect for summer office wear, as does the lightweight material. The pattern also makes it less boring than just a plain dress shirt, yet it’s not too overwhelming or bold.
The next item that caught my eye was this beautiful statement necklace that I wanted to use to dress up one of my typical summer time outfits.

You can’t get more classic than a black maxi dress and a chambray shirt right? I wanted to make the outfit stand out a little more with a pop of colour in the shoes and the beautiful necklace.
See how pretty it is up close? This necklace will definitely be getting a lot of wear – the soft hues make it easy to pair with neutrals and looks great with jeans and denim when you’re going casual.

Honestly I love this idea. Seeing how two different people can style the same item is so neat! You have a knack for putting together outfits that are so sophisticated but still wearable. Teach me your ways!
