This year’s IMATS was my 2nd one and it felt smaller than last year’s but it was just as packed and crazy.
I actually enjoy the buzz of it all, and I didn’t come prepared with a list or anything. I had planned on picking up the Beauty Blender again like I did last year but at Nigel Beauty Emporium but they only had packs of 5 beauty blenders plus the cleanser and I really don’t need 5!
I did help Arianne get some lashes there though – haha it helps being short – easy to sneak into the gaps in the crowd LOL!
Here’s my small haul. A palette and a spatula (so I can pretend to be pro 
) from Nigel’s and 2 brushes from Bdellium Tools.
The Bdellium booth was packed!!!
As I was walking around I was able to take in really cool creative makeup techniques and a couple of classes.
It was great hanging out with Arianne, Laura and Ashley and running into Merry, Jenn, Giselle, Ande and others! It was a great experience, even though it was packed and we kept bumping into people everyone was really friendly so it made for a great atmosphere and a great day!
I unfortunately couldn’t stay too long as it was a super busy weekend and I had plans in the afternoon. As I was leaving I saw this amazing photo shoot taking place:

Wasn’t it? More crowded that previous years. I purchased very little this time around. Disappointed that NYX, Alcone and others were exhibitors
