My friend Dara of Dara Dot Designs and DesignHerCo had the amazing opportunity to be featured on Breakfast Television which is the only morning show I will watch. When she asked me if I would like to be a part of it I jumped at the chance!
Breakfast Television is the probably the most watch morning show by Torontonians and their families. I say this because it’s not only shown in Toronto (since it’s local) but when my husband was in Trinidad and Tobago they showed it there too since so many people there had friends and relatives in Toronto!
And because it’s a morning show, you know what that means – early call time. Super early. 5:45 am. But I was so excited and nervous about meeting Jenn Valentyne and worried about not waking up on time I couldn’t sleep the whole night and finally got myself out of bed at 3am.
The day ran so smoothly, and Dara did an AMAZING job! I know she was nervous before but she was a total pro on camera!

She WAS really nice! I was actually surprised (is that bad? LOL – you never know with TV types) Oh no, my husband isn’t from Trinidad but he’s been there a few time for the Tour of Tobago
