Initial Thoughts: I’m loving the Essence brand. I love the fact that they are such a bargain. If you remember my post on their tiny eye shadow pots, you’ll remember how much I raved about them.
Review: Another decent product from Essence cosmetics. The eyeliner is tiny enough to fit into any make-up bag. The applicator is not bulky, and allows the user to easily navigate the eye area. The applicator pen is flexible enough to bend to the contours of your eye, and provides enough product to coat your eyes with just one swipe.

The colour is flawless – blackest black definitely provides what is expected. This is the perfect eyeliner for you if you’re craving a dark statement eye. The eyeliner goes on “glossy”, yet when it dries, it dries a pretty matte black.
Guaranteed to stay this dark all day.
The product definitely is waterproof. It even takes a couple swipes of the makeup remover cleansing cloths to completely remove. It literally does not budge. I never once had to reapply during the day, which is a rarity in my history with liquid liners.
The only drawback here – the eyeliner takes a couple seconds to dry. When you’re rushing around in the morning, it’s definitely a bit of an annoyance. I can honestly say that I smudged my eyes a couple times blinking. Yet if you can manage it, the pay-off is well worth the couple second-trying time.
Verdict: You really can’t go wrong with this eyeliner. And with a price tag of UNDER four dollars, it’s definitely worth a look. I’m continually impressed with the quality of Essence’s products and I can’t wait to see what comes up next.

That’s really weird! And kinda scary. Better to be safe for sure.
I like some of their stuff, but I don’t like how the products aren’t really sealed-like the mascaras. Scares me a bit ya know? Does this come with a proper seal?
