First off I apologize with not posting as regularly as I did when I first started. I would like to try to keep up posting at least once a week, but life has a tendency to get in the way! I do have some reviews scheduled, it’s just a matter of me getting my butt in gear and doing it!
Way before I was an Avon rep the one thing I would always stock up on was Avon’s Moisture Effective Eye Makeup Remover Lotion.
I wear contact lenses and I love wearing eye makeup, so it was challenging for me to find an eye makeup remover that a) actually removed my eye makeup, b) didn’t leave an oily residue on my face and also cloud my vision c) was gentle and didn’t pull at my eye area
I don’t remember when I discovered it, but I just know that whenever my mom would place an order I would ask her to check if this item was on sale and to order me a few.
Even at regular price ($3.99!) I think this product is a steal. The consistency is like a light lotion.
I have to admit though, I don’t follow the directions as it says on the back of the bottle:
My method is to put a little directly on a dry cotton pad and gently wipe the eye area. This may take a few swipes especially if I’m wearing waterproof eyeliner and mascara.
Almost everyone who has tried this has told me the love it too. Actually I only had one person tell me that she didn’t like it – that it kind of just smeared her eye makeup all over the place.
