Seriously, I feel like I keep getting busier and busier these days. I also feel like as I get busier the days are waaaay shorter and I’m partly right — it’s so dark when I wake up and by the time I get home for the evening the sun is gone! And we haven’t even changed the clocks yet eeeek!!!
So I’m going to just post a couple of pictures from the previous weekend. We went North of the City to a town called Innisfil. It felt very small town to me and I’m sure us “city folk” stood out big time! There’s actually a beach there – it was obviously too cold to go swimming but we saw a lot of boats out and people fishing.

Now I know there is a lot of debate on the cuteness or ugliness of Ugg type boots but most of my weekends are just not made for cute heels and with the weather as cold as it is now, flats just don’t cut it!

So why have I been so busy? Well I started another little project in the form of another blog! It’s unrelated to this one, more related to my side Avon business and my love of playing around with cosmetics but I would love for people to check it out and perhaps those of you reading that live in my area may want to look into it regularly

I love the name of your blog btw, you definitely do have curly hair! Hair envy haha I love curly/wavy hair but mine is stick straight and stubborn. It couldn’t hold a curl to save my life. Nice find on the coat! I used to think Uggs were super ugly… until I tried them on and I was an instant convert lol. I love that you can wear them barefoot and it’s like waking around with my feet wrapped in a cozy pillow
I’m a fan of Uggs too, and I’m proud of it! haha. I think especially for taller styles, they don’t give off as much of the Ugg-vibe because they look like regular boots. You look great in yours and I love the cheap coat! It looks like it costs way more than that =)

I feel you on the lack of daylight. It’s draining and slightly depressing. That’s what we get for living in this corner of the continent.

The photos of Innisfil are breathtaking! I’ve never heard of that city before. haha Your outfit photo is also very nice. My boyfriend thinks the little Uggs are semi-cute, but in general, he & I both think Uggs are ugly. LOL It’s okay though..you look cute in them.

I’m really into makeup too but I just include it in my current outfit posts. I don’t experiment as much with makeup so the posts aren’t quite as frequent as my outfit posts but supplement it with a bit of variety. Can’t wait to check out your new blog!
