I have always been curious about Cargo Cosmetics — they are a Canadian brand that originated from Toronto. This season the Cargo Cosmetics Eye Contour Eye Shadow Palette ($28) was released. It includes neutral, sheer shades perfect for creating a variety of looks.

The six eye shadows, three cool and three warm, can be applied over the matte or the shimmer base. The light shade is to applied to the lid, followed by the medium in the crease and the dark along the lash line and outer corner. Depending on your complexion or the look you want to achieve you can use the warm or cool tones. I tend to gravitate to the warmer colours.
For the Everyday
This eye shadow is not highly-pigmented and is very blend able and sheer. It is good for those days you are looking for a super natural look that enhances your features but does not look like you are wearing any makeup. The shimmer base is also great for highlighting areas such as along the brow bone and the inner corners of the lids!
I am also a fan of the super cute packaging (the city is drawn on the outside of the actual palette as well). A full mirror is included for touch-ups on the go!
This is the perfect palette for work and the every day. The colours are versatile neutrals which can be layered by night for a more dramatic, smokey look.
For Traveling
If you are traveling, this is a great, compact kit and would fit into a purse, carry-on or clutch. It does not include brushes so you would have to bring your own, along with mascara but other than that it would be all you would need for polished, showstopping, contoured eyes!
