I attended this event way back in August – it was a great event but I remember it being incredibly hot and it just felt so strange as it was a Christmas / Holiday event!

The Body Shop went all out for the #GiveJoy event – like I said it if weren’t bright, sunny and hot out I think I would’ve have though it was Christmas as the place was decked out with a tree, presents and decorations!

The kid friendly event had a cookie decorating table too! (I spy the beautiful Anna!)

My mother in law LOVES the Satsuma scent from The Body Shop so this gift set would be PERFECT for her!
I might have to pick this one up for myself. I love the White Musk scent and used the oil back in my younger days. I’m loving this new take on this classic scent which is a little more sophisticated.
What I loved most was hearing about the “Buy a Gift; Education a Child” campaign that is happening right now.
There was also a makeup touch up station where I tried out a bright Colour Crush Lipstick in Enraptured Red and was photo bombed by the snowman haha!
Of course meeting up with fellow bloggers is always fun at these events!

But the highlight for me was meeting this lovely lady that I have been tweeting with for YEARS!
FINALLY meeting the gorgeous Bahar Niramwalla! It was so strange that we had NEVER met before – we’ve been chatting forever over social media and attend many of the same events but this year the stars finally aligned for us!
Thank you so much to The Body Shop for putting on such a great event. My Christmas shopping will be made much easier this year thanks to all the great ideas.
