I’m sure you’ve heard the news that Google Reader will cease to exist by the end of this month. At first I was very upset as that was the reader I used for keeping up with my favourite reads but I have rediscovered Bloglovin’ and I have to say I love the layout and ease of use.
If you follow a whole bunch of blogs like I do and you haven’t switched yet you may be in panic mode. But don’t worry! It’s REALLY easy to switch! All you have to do is sign up with Bloglovin’ then go to this import blogs link. Choose the proper email address you use with Google Reader and follow the steps – super easy! If you categorized all your blogs with Google Reader I believe you’ll have to do that again with Bloglovin’ but it didn’t take me too long and it was kind of nice to “clean up” my lists.
There are other readers out there such as Feedly which I tried out and really liked on mobile but I didn’t like how it looked on my computer screen and I usually read blogs on the computer not on the phone so I prefer Bloglovin’. What are you making the switch to?
