Yes it’s Spring! It’s starting to feel like it but with Spring comes rain unfortunately. But it’s ok, I do see it arriving very soon!
I purchased this velvet blazer from the lovely Annie of Really Petite you can actually see her wearing it in this post. Luckily for me she picked up an extra one and I was able to buy it from her. Thanks Annie!!
I know it’s Spring, but I feel a little bit of fabulous when I wear this blazer so I decided to go for it anyway.

I usually associate velvet with fall/winter, like suede. But heck, with the right accessorizing, you can wear anything all year round. Great job with this outfit, I like all the details.

I think velvet in the spring is perfectly alright. You could even wear this as a jacket when the weather is warm enough. Your hair looks great straightened btw!

Yeah, I think it fits perfectly! I love its rich texture against the dress. And your necklace is awesome. used to get the catalogue before (my co-worker sold Avon stuff) but it didn’t seem to interest me much but you have really good Avon items!
