This is a very exciting time of year – many brands are launching their spring collections including one of my favourites Dot & Lil!
The spring launch was held in Toronto at a newly opened store Crown Flora Studio located at 1537 Queen St. West. Despite the rainy weather the turn out was great! Everyone was more than ready for a little spring time in their lives 
The much anticipated seasonal body butter was Lilac and Shea. I just COULD NOT stop sniffing my hands after trying this one out. Of course I had to take some home!

Also new to the line is the Repair + Calm aftershave serum. This one was made with the guys in mind (although I don’t see why women couldn’t use it too!). Use the shave liquid before shaving to soften hair for a close smooth shave and use after to soothe the skin. The touch of cedarwood makes this scent slightly (but not overly) masculine.
Probably most famous for their beautiful to look at and beautifully scented soaps, Dot & Lil introduced two limited edition scents for spring.
Black Tea and Cassis and
Sweet Pea Flower. Both of these scents just screamed Spring to me. Black Tea and Cassis was lovely and fruity while Sweet Pea Flower was very delicate and fresh. (Sweet Pea Flower also came home with me!) .
Another new edition were the
hand + body soaps in really beautiful fresh scents – coriander & lemongrass, grapefruit & bergamot and rosemary & lavender.
….I’m also really excited that the One of a Kind Show exclusive
rice flower perfume oil spray that I wear daily is now part of the regular line up! I personally thank you for that one Anne!
Anne Dardick, founder and creator of Dot & Lil always received compliments on her beautiful displays almost as much as her products! Vintage tea cups and plates are a staple for the Dot & Lil brand and it’s Anne’s mother that is a collector. Each tea cup and plate used in her displays and gift sets is lovingly curated by her mom!
