***Admittedly this winter hasn’t been too bad in Toronto. I can only remember maybe 2 or 3 snow falls! But that doesn’t mean the weather hasn’t been drying, my skin definitely noticed it! Besides just slathering on the body cream I love to exfoliate but some products can be really harsh. The body scrub I’m in love with at the moment is THANN’s Oriental Essence Aromatic Salt Scrub.
This scrub is so fine so it’s not “scratchy” at all on my skin. When I use this stuff I feel like I’m giving myself a massage, getting the circulation going again in my body.
It also moisturizes and leaves my skin feeling really soft and smooth thanks to the rice bran oil and vitamin E.
Another reason why I love this stuff? The smell!!! If you’re not a fan of lemon grass then I would suggest trying out the Aromatic Wood version of this scrub which is more citrusy or the Sea Foam version which is eucalyptus based however I haven’t tried the latter one out myself. But I LOOOVE lemongrass and the scent is just so refreshing and is such a pick me up! I wish I could use this scrub everyday; I just don’t have the time but I definitely make time on my weekends to break this stuff out.
If you’re a fan of body scrubs in general I definitely recommend the THANN ones. It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of THANN but this product along with the Shiso Body Butter I mentioned in this post are my favorites so far!

I love body scrubs…….especially when they smell amazing
I don’t usually purchase them for myself (not sure why). But they tend to be in my “gifts to receive” rather than “buy for myself” items.
Lemon grass – that sounds divine. I’ve used something similiar for the feet when I was a manicurist and it worked great, so I can imagine how wonderful a full body scrub will be!
